If you purchased your Karla Cosmetics products from an authorised retailer, distributor or wholesaler, any questions relating to:
• Delivery

• Refunds

• Damaged products
• Missing products
must be handled directly through the retailer you purchased from.
Your contract of sale is with the retailer who sold you the products, and they are responsible for providing customer support and resolving any issues with your order.
