Returns: Considering returning your order? Please touch base with us first. Our policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If it's been over 14 days since you received your order, we regrettably cannot process a refund or exchange. Please be aware that some items, like gift cards and used products, cannot be returned. All return fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to an error on our part. You must also provide us with proof of postage and we can only act on the resolution once the parcel has been received back to our warehouse.
Exchanges: Wishing for an exchange? Simply send back your purchase within 14 days of receipt. However, the items must be in their original, unused condition. Before we dispatch the exchanged product, we'll need to receive and inspect the item(s) you've returned. You must also provide us with proof of postage.

Cancellations: Considering cancelling your order? Please touch base with us first. Please note, if your items are already en route, we can only process a refund after we receive the returned, unopened, and unused products. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for it to reflect in your account.
What should I do if I have received the wrong/ missing products?
Oh dear! Did part of your order go missing in action? Don't worry, it could have been split into multiple parcels. Check your email inbox for multiple dispatch notifications. If all else fails and you still can't find the missing items, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days and we'll work our magic to resolve the issue.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping
Should you receive a refund, please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount. This applies if the item was already dispatched.
